This Mindfulness Practitioner Application, includes all information, tools and services available from this app to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
You agree that by accessing the Mobile Application, you have completely read, understood, and you agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with our Terms and Conditions, then you must refrain from using the Mindfulness Practitioner Application. You must discontinue the use of the application immediately.
By downloading or using the Mindfulness Practitioner application, these terms will automatically apply to you – please ensure that you read them carefully before using the app.
You’re not allowed to copy, or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks, logos or other creative material, meditation session content, in any format. You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app. You will not attempt to translate the app into other languages, or make derivative versions. Any attempt will invite legal action. The Mindfulness Practitioner application itself, and all the trade marks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, belong to Dr. Paras of Dr. Paras Wellness Pvt. Ltd. We prohibit the usage of our audio files from being played for public use in gatherings, workshops, meetings, and other such commercial and non-commercial activities.
We are committed the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For this reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without outlining our pricing details on the application.
The Mindfulness app stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us, in order to provide our service. It’s your responsibility to keep your phone updated and access to the app as secure.
You are aware that there are certain things that we will not be entirely responsible for. There are certain functions of the app that require the app to have an active internet connection. The connection may be Wi-Fi, or provided by your mobile network provider. We cannot be held responsible for the application not working at full functionality if you don’t have access to Wi-Fi, and you don’t have any of your data left.
If you’re using the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should know and acknowledge that your terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will be applicable. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the app, or other third party charges. So, while using the app, you’re accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home territory (your region or country) without turning off data roaming.
We cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the app. You need to make sure that your device is always charged – if it runs out of battery and you can’t turn it on to avail the Service, we cannot be held responsible.
You acknowledge that although we endeavour to ensure that the app is updated and correct at all times, we do rely on third parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you. We do not accept liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on the functionality of the app.

We update the application from time to time. The Mindfulness Practitioner app is currently available on Android and iOS. The requirements for both systems may change. You are responsible to download the updates if you want to keep using the app.

Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the app, and (if needed) delete it from your device.

There may/may not be risks of using our Mindfulness Practitioner services. This means you may enroll for a meditation program without divulging detailed information. This may give you results that can cause you loss or inconvenience to self. You agree to accept these risks when you use our platform, our services, and courses. Dr. Paras Wellness Pvt. Ltd. and its employees are not liable to any direct or indirect, or consequential damages that can occur due to your negligence. You agree we cannot be held responsible for personal injury, revenue, profits, data loss, and more due to inappropriate use of our meditation sessions, programs, and retreats.
The Mindfulness Practitioner App cannot be considered as a substitute for your medication, therapy, or any healing process. These laws are governed by the laws of India. You agree that we have no relationship between a user and Dr. Paras Wellness Pvt. Ltd. and you are browsing our websites and application at your own discretion. In the event of a dispute, we have a support team to help you resolve the issue. In case of a claim in court, you may not exercise the claim in another court that is out of our jurisdiction. Either party can bring a claim in the court of Pune city, Maharashtra, India only.
We, at Dr. Paras Wellness, reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any given time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks. This is an examination certification body that governs the not-for-profit self-help group - Tava-Mitram. The group uses group coaching for the less-fortunate. All App purchase fees are non-refundable. Any communication for refunds or transfer of App to a different name will not be entertained.
B) Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website or at our registered office. These products or services may be available for a limited period Please check our Payment Policy section. Kindly read the policy section for a better understanding.
C) We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the details of our products and programs. Your acceptance of this Terms and Conditions states you have read this document and are aware the program schedule (timing, dates, etc.) will be subject to change. Dr. Paras Wellness Pvt. Ltd. cannot be held responsible for unread messages, unanswered phone calls, etc. on part of the client.
D) We reserve the right, but we are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or services pricing are subject to change at any time without prior notice. We, at Dr. Paras Wellness Pvt. Ltd. also reserve the right to discontinue any product or service at any time.
E) By making a transaction on our Mobile Application, you agree that the company will not be held responsible if some purchase is not registered or is lost due to network problems. This also includes a breakdown of machinery, unclear/ disruption in the network or non-receipt of payment from banks/payment gateways and/or the cost(s) charged by the network operator(s). In the event of any dispute in connection to the same, it shall be settled between the end customer and the network operator without involving Dr. Paras Wellness Pvt. Ltd.
We, at Dr. Paras Wellness Pvt. Ltd., reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per company or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing address. You agree you have chosen the selected plan or session and you agree to pay the full fees in advance. You also authorize us to charge your credit or debit card by online payment gateways. You acknowledge you are aware we use third party payment gateways to keep your information safe and secure.
You agree to follow the payment mode as mentioned on the mobile application. In the event your payment is not registered, you will not be given access to the session. You agree to have read and understood the entire fee and have read the Privacy Policy without expecting modifications. Your personal details at the time of purchase is solely your responsibility. The company cannot be held responsible for incorrect data. We cannot be transferred to any other name.
You agree you will not request for refunds on your online account, in cash or any other means via phone calls, messages (SMS), via written letters/messages, electronic means, or any other way to contact Dr. Paras Wellness Pvt. Ltd. or its employees. You agree we can make an exception depending upon the nature of the request, course selected, date of the request, and other factors that will determine our decision. You agree our decisions will be final and binding and you can no longer claim a refund if we do not find it appropriate to process your request.
